About Me
Welcome! I am Africa Battle, M.Ed, M.B.A, BCBA, LBA - a dual-licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Special Education Instructional Coach. I am also the proud CEO and owner of Battling Barriers: ABA Services, serving families in the DMV area.
With over 20 years of experience in the field, I am deeply committed to supporting families and individuals by providing personalized, evidence-based services. My passion lies in building meaningful relationships and addressing your family's unique needs to foster growth, health, and success.
I hold a Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from George Washington University and a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Tech. My supervised fieldwork was completed in N.W. Washington, D.C., giving me valuable, hands-on experience in diverse community settings.
